WHERE DOES CLASSYCRAFTS.CO.UK DELIVER?
HOW QUICKLY IS MY ORDER DESPATCHED/DELIVERED?We aim to process/dispatch orders within 24 to 48 hrs of receipt. Should we encounter problems meeting this timescale, we will contact you.Should part of your order be out of stock, we may dispatch the items that are in stock right away, sending on the remaining items as soon as they are back in stock. You will not be charged any additional postage if we send your order in more than one part. If part of your order is likely to be out of stock for sometime, we will contact you and give you the option of cancelling that part of your order. ClassyCrafts.co.uk uses First Class delivery from the Royal Mail or reputable couriers for all our U.K. orders, and Royal Mail Airmail to the EU Zone countries and the rest of the world. Normally we expect items to be delivered to the UK in 1 to 2 working days, to the EU Zone within 3 working days and the rest of the world within 5 working days, however we can not guarantee delivery times and we cannot be held responsible for delays by the courier / postal service. Please allow up to 28 days for delivery. WHAT ARE YOUR POSTAGE AND PACKING CHARGES?Delivery is FREE for all UK orders over £25.00 (excluding p&p costs).Goods ordered under £25.00 for delivery in the UK are charged at the following rate regardless of destination or weight, except the CraftRobo (see below).
Goods ordered for delivery to EU zone countries are charged at the following rates, regardless of destination or weight except the CraftRobo (see below).
Goods ordered for delivery outside of the EU are charged at the following rates, regardless of destination or weight except the CraftRobo (see below).
Before you are asked to pay for your goods, you will be presented with a screen that details the total amount of postage and packaging charged for your order. CRAFTROBO'S CraftRobo's are despatched to UK customers by courier, the cost of this is included in the price. We can deliver CraftRobo's to non-UK addresses, but there will be an extra charge for this. Graphtec, the manufacturers, have distributors in most countries, and if you contact us, we will gladly help you locate your nearest distributor. INCOMPLETE ORDERS OR DAMAGED GOODS Whilst we make every effort to picking and packing your order as carefully as we can should your order arrive with items missing or damaged, please contact us immediately (see our "contact us" page") and we will endeavour to resolve the problem. RETURNS POLICYIf you are not completely satisfied with any product purchased from ClassyCrafts.co.uk, you can return it to us for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.Simply contact us via our "contact us" page, telling us why you are dissatisfied and we will issue you with a Returns Number. Please enclose this number along with the returned goods and send back, within 30 days of purchase. All goods and packaging must be in resaleable condition. If you have receive damaged goods or incorrect items in your order, we will either offer you a full refund or a replacement. If the error was ours we will also refund any postage costs incurred by you. If your order qualified for free postage and packaging, and you decide to return some items that would bring your order below the free postage line, we will refund your goods minus our standard postage charges as listed above. |
