Classycrafts.co.uk make a commitment to protecting your privacy and promises only to use information collected about you in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

We do not store any of your financial details.

In line with the Privacy & Electronic Communications Act, we do not send random marketing emails to personal email addresses (spam).

We collect your name, address, phone number and e-mail address when you place an order. We need this information so we can complete your order and contact you if there is a query.

While our site software uses cookies, they are only used to track your progress around the site on that visit (wether you are logged in, what goods are in your shopping basket etc).  Without using cookies in this way, our site software could not function - along with many other sites!  They are not used to track how often you visit this site, and they are certainly not used to track your visits to other sites.

Credit card payments are processed by the Nochex gateway service, on their secure, encrypted, website and personal information about you is not passed to us.

Payments made via Paypal are processed by Paypal on their secure, encrypted, website and personal information about you is not passed to us.

For payments made by PayOffLine/PayZone, we are never passed any personal details about you by the Alliance & Leicester.

For payments made by cheque, we will not record the details of the cheque once the cheque has been cleared.

We promise that we will never reveal any of your details to any third party, either for payment or otherwise.

We will not normally contact you unless it is to discuss an order you have placed, or you have subscribed to our newsletter.
You can subscribe or unsubscribe from our newsletter by logging in to your account and changing your subscription status in your profile.
