If you would like your order to be delivered to a non-UK address, please be aware that we must abide by the industry standard credit/debit card fraud prevention measures.

When you pay by credit/debit card, one of the checks that our card processing system makes is to ensure that the home address you have given us matches the invoice/billing address of the account held by your card company.  If these addressess do not match, the transaction is rejected.

This can occur when, for example, a UK national, using a UK bank card registered to an address in the UK, wishes to make a purchase for delivery to an address in, again for example, France.  If the customer puts their French address as their home address, the card transaction will fail the security checks.

In the above example, if the customer had listed their UK address as their home address, with their French address as the delivery address, the transaction would have passed the security checks, and ClassyCrafts.co.uk would have delivered to the French address.

Alternatively, you could create a PayPal account and use this to make payment, or we could generate an e.invoice to be sent to you via email.
