Loyalty Points Bonus Scheme
To say thank you to the many friends who keep returning to shop with us, we have introduced a Bonus Loyalty Scheme. Now, for every Pound you spend (excluding P&P fees), 1 point will be added to your Bonus Loyalty Scheme total. Every point is worth 5p to claim against your next order with us. HOW IT WORKS Every time you place an order with us, the site tells us how many Bonus Loyalty Points you have earned on that order. The checkout screen will also show how many points you have earned. Once your order is despatched, we will add those points to your Bonus Loyalty Point account. The next time you shop with us, at the top of the first checkout screen, you will find a section that tells you how many points are currently in your Bonus Loyalty Point account, and how much those points are worth in total. To redeem, simply decide how many points you wish to use on that order and type that number of points in the box, then press the 'redeem' button. Remember, you should type in the number of points, not pence (1 point = 5p). If you scroll down to the bottom of the page, you should now see the discount applied. You may redeem some, all or none of your points at any time. You may save them and build up a larger total for later. You can check your Bonus Loyalty Points at any time by logging in to your account. If you have any problems with your loyalty points, please let us know via the Contact Us page. PLEASE NOTE!
